Our Proposal and The Ring!

Christmas Day 2008.  We had been traveling all day and spending time with family.  We finally got home to some peace and quiet and all I wanted to do was have a beer and relax.  Eric was acting really weird and finally he just got down on his knees in front of me and I was totally caught off guard when he asked me to marry him.  I of course said yes and am so happy to be planning our wedding.  As for my ring, he jokes that I told him what I wanted on our first date, so he had no problem picking out exactly what I wanted and I love it!
